My fire in my chest is just too big. Here, take some flame and pass it on. .

Don’t just sit around the fire, staring at it, grab a stick, give it a poke and stoke that fire.
Be a Stoker.
found One more reason to embrace your own shadow work as they call it, or digging deep into integrating all of your past experiences and trauma.
That one more reason is so that not only can you thrive as an individual, but you can actually turn the corner and be so comfortable with your own position in progress that you could start to be of service to others and lend a hand to get others moving in the right direction.
And that could be as simple as sharing kindness with strangers.
You are feeling good you are present in the moment you’re breathing and you realize that many other people are not enjoying this type of coherence at this particular moment. So, you say hello to someone.
You are now what is called a “Stoker.”
Yes, complimenting other people is considered good for your health as it can boost your mood, improve your relationships, and contribute to overall well-being by releasing dopamine, the “feel-good” chemical in your brain; essentially, the act of giving compliments can make you feel better as well as the person receiving them.
Key points about the benefits of complimenting others:
Positive mood boost:
Giving compliments activates dopamine, leading to increased happiness and a positive outlook.
Stronger relationships:
Compliments can strengthen bonds with others by showing appreciation and making them feel valued.
Stress reduction:
Practicing gratitude through compliments can help manage stress levels.
Improved self-esteem:
The act of recognizing positive qualities in others can also positively impact your own self-perception.
Positive social environment:
By complimenting others, you contribute to a more positive and supportive atmosphere.
A Stoker is like an alpha dog that is so comfortable that they don’t even need a pack to lead, and they never look over the shoulder to see if anyone is following. They are locked into their own experience, embracing their consciousness and moving forward with the spirit and an energy of positivity.
With this type of an ethos and perspective, you can actually be on the lookout consistently for either folks in need or simply folks that are humming right along, and that could use maybe a little hot sauce on their tamale.
So again, you simply say hello.
That’s it just say hi to people and smile.
That would be incredible if you could do that today.
And tonight when you go to bed, you could think about the fact that you stoke somebody today and that you have unlimited stoke-somebody capacity, and the opportunities will become more apparent, and you will become more comfortable being a Stoker.
I met a remarkable dude yesterday, we’ll call him Lucky Goldstar, or LG. A very kind and accomplished Man who looks thirty, has Business Experience of a 70-yr old, and the curiosity of a young monk in the mountains.
In all areas of life he is seeking growth, and vibrating at a very high frequency.
These are the only vibes I want to ride with now.
Growth People.
We ended up sitting across from each other at dinner, and the conversation was really enjoyable and meaningful.
At one point the subject of meditation came up and it turns out Lucky G doesn’t consistently meditate every morning.
I literally was blown away at where he is at in his life with one hand tied behind his back.
I mean this dude has no idea what’s going to happen once he starts meditating every day.
Holy Shit.
So I offered up a book and any support that I could provide if he wants to move in that direction and start enjoying a daily practice of meditation, which for me is as fundamental is breathing or anything that gives me life.
Furthermore, my excitement and sharing these ancient secrets of meditation absolutely lit me up, and I truly hope I could be of service in this regard because he’ll be able to share this with other people for decades to come all over the world because this guy is a global citizen and he will end up planting seeds for trees all over the world that he’ll never sit under.
And it will be a beautiful thing.
I’ve always been naturally a Stoker however, now I’ve realized that I need to keep getting out of my own way and keep growing all of my toolboxes so that my ability to Stoke becomes wider and the impact more palpable and more immediate.
I’m absolutely electrified from yesterday and seeing all the wonderful people I love so much in the golf industry and I can’t even put in the words impact that all of the kind Support has when folks told me to keep doing what I’m doing and if they appreciate it. It means the world to me, thanks!
Going to see a bunch of really cool people today, my buddy Josh from the “Top of the Mitten” at Boyne , my bro AC who’s with the Chicago Bears right now, my Homie Mike from That Golf Grind, and the Velvet Venezuelan LH3 the Connected Golfer.
It’s an All-Star day of kind and brilliant, and accomplished people at the PGA Show in Orlando. For me I’m just humbled, kicking it, and enjoying it and smiling with my attitude of gratitude.
