Morning Platitude from The GratiDude

No matter what the outcome, you will always have an opportunity to learn and grow when you make the effort to pursue your dreams.

When you allow the world of creativity and inspiration to flow in you, you often receive ideas that can turn into dreams. When that thought energy of an idea becomes an aspiration or something your higher self indicates could bring you joy, happiness, or would be a step or a part of the process of exploring your own pursuit of your personal greatness, we call that a dream.

From there, things can get dicey fast.

As I’ve explained from an energetic momentum standpoint, if we don’t throw gas on our dream or that little spark of a dream at the beginning, it can fizzle out and not grow and manifest. Just like a fire that we’re starting in the forest when we’re cold and wet we need that first spark to get us going so that some dry kindling can catch, and we could begin to thaw out and warm ourselves for survival.

For your dream to survive, you must be incredibly careful not to attach fear to it as that is the ultimate extinguisher of all dreams.

An extremely helpful thing to remember is that the concept of failure is complete bullshit because it’s ignoring the fact that the biggest mistakes that we’ve ever made turned out to be the biggest learning opportunities and usually provide the biggest lessons.

So, are we being told that learning and growing is failing?

Of course, this doesn’t make sense, so it does not serve us as an idea that we should value or merit and provide energy to, as we want this thought to perish and wilt and die and instead we wish to nurture your thoughts that encourage growth mentality and looking at experiences as “lessons or blessins”.

Even these poor euro Bros that pulled off their amazing feet, however, ended up not thinking everything through and realizing they might have needed a little bit more space in their performance venue.

I’m sure they never bargain for what they got in terms of the learning opportunity experience as it was well documented for all to see and going forward.

I’m sure their degree of planning will improve dramatically.

Yes, a growth mindset is considered beneficial for your physical health as it encourages a positive attitude towards change, making it easier to adopt healthy habits, persevere through challenges, and bounce back from setbacks when working towards fitness goals, ultimately leading to better overall physical well-being; research supports this link between a growth mindset and improved health behaviors like increased physical activity and weight management.

Key points about growth mindset and physical health:

Motivation to improve:

A growth mindset encourages the belief that you can improve your physical abilities through effort and learning, which can motivate you to start or stick to an exercise routine.

Resilience in the face of setbacks:

When you encounter challenges, a growth mindset allows you to view them as learning opportunities rather than giving up, helping you stay committed to your health goals even when faced with obstacles.

Positive self-efficacy:

Believing in your ability to change and improve your health can lead to greater self-confidence and a more proactive approach to managing your physical well-being.

Better health behaviors:

Studies have shown a correlation between a growth mindset and positive health behaviors like regular exercise, healthy eating, and stress management.

It’s exactly what I was telling my friend Colin as we were talking about how important our mindset is for our mental health and wellness when he visited this past weekend. I was explaining that this past year since the last time he was here at my place or in Sarasota had been the most challenging and difficult year since my teenage years and the most incredible year of growth and healing that I’ve ever had in my life.

And I wouldn’t change a thing.

When we reclaim our mindset and our approach to our day from a mental perspective, we reclaim our entire reality because we come to realize that our own consciousness is the reality with which we view the world.

In other words, I’m living in the same world as the person that thinks the sky is falling and is worried about the alien drones in New Jersey and whether Hunter Biden‘s laptop was found or if Donald Trump is really coming to get everybody or not.

I tuned to a different channel which generates a different frequency in my body and in my mind.

I’m on channel 1 of abundance, gratitude, and appreciation.

They are on channel 0, which is one of scarcity and fear.

My antenna doesn’t pick up channel 0 anymore but tunes by it quickly.

Control what you can control and let the rest go, easier said than done, but there are ways and processes and real neuroscientific steps. You can take this morning that is super easy and quick that get you moving in the right direction.

Feeling good is not a “ fix it and move on “ type of thing.

It’s an ongoing practice that needs to be cultivated and built and specialized to your own organism in your own needs at a particular time in this life experience journey.

We are Growth agents at the Grateful 4 Organization www.grateful4.org .
