Morning Platitude from The GratiDude
Until I started meditating regularly and really tapped into a much larger field of information, I never could have believed that I was co-creating everything in my life.
In other words, there were certain things in situations that I directly affected and impacted, and that, as a result, I had to own those results. Hard stop.
However, other things I could attribute to “ circumstance” or randomness, when I used to think that there were such things as coincidences.
I no longer believe in coincidences.
I have also learned through my own behavior and personal experience that how I enter a situation or conversation a meeting, the energy in the intention is clearly felt, and impacts the outcome of whatever that situation is.
Yes, we co-create our experiences:
We shape reality
We don’t just experience the world; we also help shape it. We interpret reality in our own way, which makes an enormous difference.
We can combine meanings
Everyone has their own subjective experiences and ways of making meaning. Combining these individual meanings together can lead to the strongest answer.
We can be active drivers of change
People with lived experience can be active drivers of change, rather than passive participants. This means incorporating their experiences and perspectives into the design of programs and policies.
We can collaborate
Co-creation is when individuals or businesses include outsiders in the ideation and development process of anything. This allows entities to collaborate outside their immediate circle to gather fresh ideas.
If this man had come in in a victim or entitled or unkind manner in the process of putting his jewelry, the staff at the pawn shop never would’ve put together a fund to prevent him from selling any more of his treasured memorabilia.
His loving energy manifested positive generosity in the experience that resulted.
Instant karma is what John Lennon called it.
Science talks about the fact and shows us how interconnected all energies are, and all people are.
Our programming and all the messages we receive from society push us to embrace individuality and the ability to exist and to create things independently on our own accord without any credit given to something bigger than ourselves.
We know that is pure bullshit.
Everything is created through us and the universe itself, nature, God, whichever terminology, or cosmology you’re comfortable with, you ain’t doing shit by yourself is the message.
What are you going to co-create today and with what energy?
Just because you have something on the calendar that only gives you one dimension of what’s going on.
What you bring into that meeting that zoom that phone call the fact that you ask people about how they are doing personally and health wise prior to getting into money, making in business sets an energetic tone and an expectation that you will maintain a focus on something bigger than yourselves and your business pursuits in the process of being productive.
ALWAYS make sure EVERYONE is OK before you start a meeting.
I mean OK!!!
This is a great feeling it gives us more sense of control and also more accountability and responsibility to bring the right Vibe every single time, knowing that it is always an ingredient in whatever we are cooking up at that moment.
Your breath is the key. It’s what grounds you to the moment of now and allows you to put your best self forward in a way that your future self would be proud of.
Thirsty Thursday let’s stay thirsty for knowledge and let’s pour out lots of love to anyone with the cup because that’s an attitude of gratitude.
