It’s a wonderful feeling when you realize what your general purpose needs to be,  even if you don’t have a specific plan yet.

When the stars align, everything becomes clear and for us, and THIS constellation I refer to is simply between our higher self, our mind, and our heart.

Those are the three critical stars to be aligned so that they can reveal to you a constellation in the sky of your mind that clearly shows you what you need to do in order to pursue your personal greatness and utilize the gifts that have been bestowed upon you by the universe and the source of all light love energy, and life.

I have a dear friend who has done a few things in His career and in the last 15 years. he became a real estate agent and then broker. Eventually, the owner of multiple offices in different states focused on higher end real estate residential.  He had had a great deal of fun and enjoyed the ride, however, as an empty Nester now he has concluded that he has other things he would like to do, and the career choice of real estate wasn’t really his idea to begin with.

It was his mom’s dream, not his.  

His Mom wanted him to do it, so he lived his life for his mom’s dream for a chunk of HIS life.

A learning experience, this life.

I really enjoyed my time in golf technology and creating a market around Telematics and golfer experience through multimedia screens and golf cars. However, there was something at me telling me that there was more I could do to impact people’s lives, which was more aligned with what my higher self was looking for me to participate in.

I didn’t quite honor where the stars needed to be, and I didn’t recognize the times in my life when I had alignment, and the constellation was clear, and I felt good.  

Further proof that this life is a learning experience and that all these opportunities to better understand what brings us satisfaction and joy during this run of our lives as human beings.

I’m learning to lower my expectations of others and to be more patient with my own journey recognizing that I really feel much like an infant or a child in my new life over the last handful of years, and there is no handbook or map to figure out this transition that I have been making over the last handful of years.

Instead of a guidebook or a map, the key is to ask for help from people that have become attracted to your frequency and that are aligned with whatever mission is that you’re looking to accomplish.

If you can leverage resources to help make dreams come true,  like in this video,  and it brings you joy and satisfaction, you have found your calling, and you are doing EXACTLY what you should be doing.

Giving to others can have many physical health benefits, including:

Lower blood pressure: People who give to others have lower blood pressure and arterial pressure. 

Reduced stress: Giving to others can reduce stress levels and cortisol, a hormone associated with stress. 

Better cholesterol: Giving to others can lower LDL (“bad”) cholesterol and improve cholesterol levels. 

Reduced risk of illness and death: Giving to others is associated with a reduced risk of illness and death. 

Improved sleep: The feel-good chemicals released when giving to others can help you sleep better. 

Other benefits of giving to others include:

Improved mood: Giving to others can boost your mood and self-esteem. 

Reduced anxiety: Giving to others can reduce anxiety. 

Improved relationships: Giving to others can improve your relationships and decrease loneliness. 

Increased sense of control: Giving to others can give you a sense of control over your life. 

When you give to others, your brain releases chemicals like dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin, which can make you feel good

The reality is that we can create memories and long-lasting impressions with the people around us when we can slow down our own breathing consciously, and be present. When we come back to the moment of NOW we have the opportunity to CHOOSE to make our interactions focused on the other person and not about our personal desires or needs at that moment.

This is what Authentic Leaders do.

What great Teachers do.

What loving Parents do.

Making experiences about the other people that you were encountering will intern create a wonderful experience for yourself, allowing you to feel more contentment in your own life.

Another ingredient to living a life with an Attitude of Gratitude.
