Let’s give extra shine to the folks that have inherent or acquired physical challenges and limitations. They are Heroes that can teach us what life and gratitude is all about.

Morning Meditation from The GratiDude
I love to see examples of when the universe and God rewards us for being true to our higher self and expressing the joy we feel inside of us without hesitation.
There is an energetic vibration or a frequency that we broadcast when we are connected to the information that is flowing from something bigger than us, and that vibration can be felt because of its honest nature. What I mean by that is that the truth vibrates at the highest speed and is always the most obvious element when present in another person.
It is like the opposite of when somebody makes you feel uncomfortable and clearly has some dark energy, it’s so nice when you feel someone fully embracing their life experience for what it is and not being concerned about modifying their behavior to others.
I keep coming back to the fact that a household, a town, a community, a state, a country, should look as if it’s comprised of all totally unique, different colored shaped seashells all sprinkled about the seashore. Like a quilt with lots and lots of colors and shapes.
Those of us that can locomote in a traditional fashion and have all our arms and limbs working normally without any nerve ailments or cerebral palsy or anything of that nature, and it’s still difficult to stay true and authentic to ourselves.
Imagine if you were differently abled and had inherent physical challenges that usually meant that people in society treated you much differently than other people and that often times you were subjected to ridicule, name calling or other forms of verbal abuse because of things that you can’t control relative to how your body was created when your human experience began.
People with disabilities can face a range of emotional and spiritual challenges, including:
Emotional challenges
People with disabilities may experience a variety of emotions, such as frustration, anxiety, grief, and depression. They may also feel anger at having to rely on others and experience a loss of independence and freedom.
Spiritual challenges
People with disabilities may face challenges in expressing their spirituality, such as due to cognitive impairments or communication difficulties. They may also face societal attitudes that can make it difficult to connect with faith communities.
Coping with disability
Spirituality and religion can be important coping tools for people with disabilities. They can help people find meaning and purpose and can provide a sense of community and peace.
Acceptance
People with disabilities may go through phases of denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance as they cope with their disability.
Bibliotherapy
Bibliotherapy, or using books to help people heal, can be a powerful tool for people with disabilities. Reading about the experiences of others can help people feel less alone and can promote emotional and spiritual development.
We should really hold a special place of concern and support for those folks that are unable to locomote under their own volition or that face physical disabilities that limit their freedom of movement or require a wheelchair or crutches or something like that.
In a world that focuses so much on individualism and independence, many of these people must rely on others to help them with basic physical activities. It takes a lot of emotional and spiritual processing and integration to not suffer trauma from these life conditions.
That’s why I love the energy of this young man here in the bakery, who obviously was born to be a soccer fan and loves his team like the fat kid loves cake.
This is karma manifesting, and this young man can eat the fruits of his own labor; that simply being true to himself.
But there are millions of fans of this team, it was the unique energy from the higher self of this young man being broadcast out to the universe and it’s pure and true form that caught the attention of others and made people want to do something special for him because of the way his frequency and energy makes other people feel.
We can learn a lot from the grateful approach that this young man has, and his energy and focus are directed towards the things that he has and appreciates and NOT towards the things that he wishes he had things that he lacks. Let that be a lesson to us.
Also, when you get your chance and somebody recognizes you and brings you down onto the field to shoot your shot, just know that God works through people and that it is also God right there with you that’s bringing you down there and wants you to kick the shit out of that ball.
Celebrate those moments when your energy and efforts are recognized and rewarded and embrace the recognition and the love that the universe has for you with an open heart.
All the love of the universe is waiting for us, and our job is to be comfortable enough to accept it and share it with others.
On the road today, up to Hilton head and looking forward to seeing some close friends like Jam Master Jay and Roberto.
Keep your eyes peeled for folks that must work extra hard to move about their world that are suffering either injuries or long-term physical disabilities and let’s provide them with some extra energy and love and appreciation for how hard they must work just to get through their day.
They are our brothers and sisters, and they deserve our support, and it costs us nothing to be kind and to share loving energy with strangers.
Keep sending prayers to the Southeast and the Asheville, North Carolina area and the GratiDude will keep polishing up and sharing this beautiful attitude of gratitude.
