Morning Meditation from The GratiDude

I no longer leave anything to chance when it comes to how my day will start and the energetic vibration that I established first thing in the morning each day.

It does not matter if I’m traveling what I have planned for the rest of the day or anything else that could be on the calendar after 7 AM.  I know what I’m doing before the sun comes up and it has to do with all the things that are most important for my health and physical well-being.

I can remember for about 10 years, wishing, hoping, and thinking that my life would vastly improve if I could simply get up an hour earlier in the morning.  It was the equivalent of trying to get up from the table at an Italian grandmother’s house for dinner after having just one small portion.  There was no way you could get up. You were going to stay there for a long time at that table.

Well, when you’re hung over about three hundred days a year, your bed is more like a hospital bed because you’re sick at least a little bit almost every morning.  And you’re sick because you made yourself sick, which is sweet feeling right?

That’s one of the horrible things about addiction and alcohol is just how it physically saps you, lowers your energy level, and limits your ability plain and simple, to shine.

Yes, a morning routine can help make your life more consistent:

Set the tone: A morning routine can help you start your day with intention and a disciplined mindset, which can set the tone for the rest of the day.

Create patterns: Regular morning habits can create reliable patterns that help you be more consistent.

Reduce decision fatigue: The brain can quickly recognize patterns, so a consistent routine can help minimize the number of decisions you make when you wake up.

Build momentum: A morning routine can help you build momentum toward a better day.

Improve quality of life: A morning routine can help improve your overall quality of life.

Reduce stress: A morning routine can help reduce stress and cultivate a sense of well-being.

Establish good habits: A morning routine can help you establish good habits of self-control and discipline.

In our next coaching Sherpa series that were launching in a little over a month we are bringing everything back to the basics and to what I’m calling the ABC’s.

Always breathing consistently.

Analyzing breathwork concepts

Authenticity begins consciously.

“Authenticity Base Camp” is the name of the Program.

What are we going to teach?

Consistency.

And it all starts with how you were breathing, and most people don’t even know whether they are breathing through their nose, or their mouth and folks are breathing through their mouth, unfortunately.

We lost a few climbers on the mountain in our last coaching series because we went too far too fast.

There are a few frozen dead bodies up there that comes springtime when the ice cap thaws will pull them down and give them a proper burial, figuratively speaking, of course.

That’s the really cool thing about approaching what we’re doing here in the grateful for collective as both the consistent effort to provide value to the community at large with a special emphasis on delivering value to business people executives, and as much as we can do to help the golf industry and all of the associated companies and businesses that are involved in the wonderful game of golf.

My approach in social media starting with LinkedIn, and now branching out has been to consistently come back to the theme of happiness being an inside job and the importance of recognizing our own ability to influence our mindset through practicing gratitude and staying grounded in the present moment of now.

So, when I preach consistency, it isn’t something that I’m telling other people to do and then I don’t practice myself.

This is about the three hundred straight day. I’ve posted this blog and if you only knew half of the shit, I’ve been through in the last three hundred days and terms of challenges and interesting situations and personal processing of emotional psychological physical challenges and traumas. You might be impressed that I’ve had the ability to stay this consistent.

Not tooting my own horn, but just being honest that I’m extremely proud of myself because this shit isn’t easy.

Yeah, I know that nothing worthwhile and that every success that you see is just another 10-year overnight success.

Lastly, because I know that I am doing the right thing in terms of being aligned with my higher self and my true calling, and I also know that all the work that I do value my own personal brand and expand the awareness of the core teachings that I am committed to sharing.

There is no way I can fuc%!ng lose, is there?

You have to trust a process and that’s why as we get to the end of the six week program coming up here this fall we are actually going to help everyone construct their own morning routine and work on how to build that practice as the cornerstone to build a healthier life and mindset.

Please reach out to me directly for more information, but I am gonna start posting the hell out of it because this is how I eat, and this is more importantly how I make the biggest impact in the world by individually shifting consciousness of individuals through sharing information and positive energy.

I’m transparent in everything I’m doing here: www.grateful4.org and if you support what I’m doing and how I’m doing it there’s going to be opportunities here shortly to direct funds directly to the grateful organization of 501 C3 nonprofit that is going to be accelerating our growth plans through fundraising activities.
