All my Heroes have changed. My new Heroes act and behave like how my Heart Feels.

My Heroes have changed quite a bit in the last 10, 20, 30, 40 years.

Not Business Titans, not Athletes, not the people you most often see on TV.

My Heroes are Volunteers, Teachers, Single Parents, Preachers, Buddhists, Broke Brothers and Sick Sisters.

Hard Working and Humble.  That’s who I want to be like.  Today.

I want to be like them TODAY!

When you truly embrace the concept of the interconnectedness of all things, being humble and showing humility comes much easier.

When you were operating from an ego standpoint, however, showing humility and being humble could jeopardize your ego brand that you are working to broadcast to the outside world to help you feel better about yourself.

These ego construct only live and survive through comparison, and as I repeat quite often comparison is the death of joy.

The ego wants to compare and find examples or reassurances of superiority relative to others so humility and a public display of that would not be something that works with an ego-based life.

The gentleman in the Yellow Porsche (YP)in the video below clearly has no problem, showing his humility and being kind and compassionate as a result.

The Guy taking the selfie pictures, we’ll call him Struggling Man(SM) RUNS AWAY thinking he will be in trouble, hurt, or punished for having fun with someone else’s car!

SM gets Love from God and the Universe instead.

Watch Presence combined with Love and Compassion.

It is EVERYTHING.

Watch the shift in the video when YP grabs the Struggling Man’s(SM) phone that was taking selfies in front of his car and offers to take proper photos that aren’t selfies?

The surprise joy on SM’s face when the whole conversation turns from a negative and shaming confrontation into a celebration and an act of kindness and friendship.

Suddenly, the man who was about to crawl away in shame, is puffing his chest up and posing proudly like a model in front of the yellow canary colored German automobile.

This is a simple and clear example of the emotional or love capital that we carry around with us all the time.

We are absolutely rich and loaded with love because we don’t have a finite amount, and when we share it like this man did hear our heart only grow and has more room for more love.

This Yellow Porsche man(YP) showed tremendous present moment awareness by evaluating the situation of what was going on and leading with love.

His first reaction was not to protect his car, but instead to understand emotionally in the moment of now just where this Struggling Man was coming from by taking pictures of himself.

It was obvious that the man is having a tough time in life, and he saw an opportunity to be associated with something new, expensive, bright and beautiful and subconsciously. He knew it could provide an energetic lift for him and even be a funny photo to send to some of his friends and family.

What he got was so much more as he experienced the reality of love and unity and what it looks like in action when somebody checks their ego at the door and instead takes their shoes off and walks into the house with their heart in hand.

These are the types of people that have become my role models.

Not business Titans that are respected further accumulation of capital and wealth and their ability to find the soft spots in the system or what the next appetite will be for a product or service.

Those guys are cool and interesting, and I can learn a few things from them, however, I can learn a hell of a lot more by following around YP then I could learn from Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, and Elon Musk combined.

You see my mentors and my heroes NOW are the women and men that lead with love and are committed to helping others while on this earth in this lifetime.

I don’t have to go far to find my heroes and I certainly won’t find them on TV because they’re right here in my community they volunteer and they coach the kids that go to Booker junior high and they are walking around downtown on their lunch break at noon, all those folks need a ride in a YP.

My Core approach to leadership is to be an example of uplifting, loving energy and to always look people in the eye when I meet them in concentrate on our interconnectedness and sending positive energy from my heart to their heart.

Everything is about action and doing. Talk is done.

I know when I do this that my greetings and my interactions have a different flavor and I see in people’s eyes that they slow down and take notice subconsciously of something feeling a little bit different.

What do people feel when the converse with me, when we talk and look each other in the eye?

They are feeling my Presence.

My conscious focus on being in the moment of now to not just hear the words that someone is saying but to feel the emotion and the intention and understand the 360° context of what’s being communicated to the best of my ability at that moment.

This is why presence creates many different relationships that are stronger much faster, and this is why people are called “authentic”.

Authentic means it’s really YOU!

Isn’t that crazy?

We have to exult and point out the non-fake as being special?

What if we did that with money 90% of all the money that went around was fake and we had to find the real money and then celebrate it. The whole economy would crash.

I think we are getting right to the heart of the matter of why we experienced so many social political challenges in our societies across the world and it’s because our leaders are not authentic.

Hard stop.

Drop the Mic.

They are either not authentic because they don’t know how to be or they’re not authentic because of the strategy, intention and plan for what is being executed is not an aligned with their higher self.  So, their message comes across flat.

Who are your role models today as a grown-up and how have they changed as your conscious awareness changes?

Looking back on the landscape of your life, what types of people did you under rate at the time that have risen and prominence as you’ve gotten older regarding their impact or how positive their example was?

For me, some of the simplest people that I’ve encountered as I look back, are literally some of the best and most valuable people that I’ve ever experienced.

When you slow down and stay connected to your breath, we can open our hearts and share love like YP did.

And remember all the witnesses that saw this happened all those people gathered around they all experienced the same types of positive emotions, endorphins, chemical releases in their brain and their neurological system, as did the participants in the acts. of kindness.

It’s amazing as I learn more and more around neuroscience, just how much we are wired as an electronic organism and rewarded for keeping our thoughts current and in the present moment.

It’s where life, love, and all the action happen, and it’s the only place you can enjoy and propagate your attitude of gratitude.
