The entire Universe in a Kitten and God in your heart. Yup, check.

When you know in the fabric of your being that there are miracles in the mundane and that all of creation is stitched together through energy and love, existence becomes literally miraculous. You can chill and breath in that love because you know that we are all bound together tightly like a blanket, well everything changes, doesn’t it?

Yes it does GratiDude.

If you really slow down and breathe and open your heart and sit near a playground with children under the age of 10 playing without adult supervision or any rules, you will experience the miracle of creation end of life itself.

If you’ve ever opened up your closet door and found out that your Cat gave birth to Kittens, and there she is nursing her little babies intuitively as if she’s been preparing her whole life for it. And it all transpired in your closet, right there by your hushpuppy shoes and Penguin

Golf Shirt. The miracle of creation occurred like a flash of lightning while you snored loudly in your bed a few feet away.

What happens to all of us pretty regularly are those moments when we were “just thinking about somebody “ and they show up or call and you try to tell yourself that once again “that was just a coincidence”.

Tiny little events and moments of clarity like this that connect us to everything in the universe do not have to be extended periods of time or planned appointments with greatness or scheduled visits to a church or something else like that. The reality is our lives or what happened in between all of the times our tiny little minds are planning our lives. Life isn’t planned because you’re just one actor out of billions and you’re also stepping into a stream of billions of years of energy and consciousness that is swirling around all of us every moment that we’re alive. 

Just like when you’re meditating, you may not be in a deep meditative state the entire time where you lose all sense of ego and that all of the borders between you and the external world disappear however, you probably will have moments like that during your meditation. That is the whole point here, ANY tiny moment of clarity or gratitude or unconditional Love that you experience. is literally EVERYTHING.

EVERYTHING in the Universe is in THAT moment.

Those small moments of clarity are everything, as my bro ADubs, or Alan Watts, explained much better than The GratiDude:

…”When you really start to see things, and you look at an old paper cup, and you go into the nature of what it is to see what vision is, or what smell is, or what touch is, you realize that that vision of the paper cup is the brilliant light of the cosmos. When you feel totally grounded and aligned with your higher-self and connected to your breath, and your thoughts are in the moment of now, and you’re feeling appreciative, you are connected to everything that is today, that ever was, or that ever will be.

In that moment celebrate the gift of your health and clear consciousness, that you had even one of those Godly moments in your life and know that there’s endless more of those when you cultivate a comfort with stillness.

You can build more of this with self-talk, imagery, and neuroscience, as this is the life that is rooted in things that are much more satisfying than the material and all of the people around you will bask in the glow of your improved Attitude of Gratitude.
