It is truly amazing how God and the Universe will provide what we need when we need it.

There is a reason why Mick Jagger and the Stones sang to remind us that  “ you can’t always get what you want”.

I saw her today at the reception
A glass of wine in her hand
I knew she would meet her connection
At her feet was her footloose man
No, you can’t always get what you want
You can’t always get what you want
You can’t always get what you want
But if you try sometime you’ll find
You get what you need

Ain’t that the truth?

So whereas we would want to have all of our days be smooth and easy, and not have any significant challenges to test us, that is really the exception rather than the rule.

However, I do believe that we’re not being handed more than we can handle and that the source of all light love and energy knows a lot more about our capabilities than we do, that is until we get tested.

I’ve been going through some really big, healthy and long-term productive life changes to set me up for answering my calling of Serving others and sharing the knowledge of gratitude neuroscience and personal self development and growth strategies.

Really committing to growth and exploring your personal boundaries is great, however it can also create some really challenging emotional situations that bring up feelings that aren’t always healthy or productive. When we recognize such thought patterns we have gotten off track, and we need to “grab the steering wheel” and reclaim some control.

In other words. you have driven yourself into the funk and only you can get yourself out of it.

Breathing is the only way out of mental and emotional situation, and one breathing technique that I bring up regularly is a wonderful tool and I remind you of the practice again here just so you have the instructions at your fingertips.

Box breathing, also known as square breathing, is a deep breathing technique that can help you relax and improve your mental clarity and focus. It involves inhaling, holding, exhaling, and holding your exhalation for four counts each:

The other day I was chilling in my backyard doing some breathing to get grounded when a few cardinals literally flew right in front of my face and landed a few feet away from me.

They were so bright and red and beautiful.

It was shocking and ironically enough it took my breath away ha ha.

I looked at those Cardinals and I said “thank you Cardinals for coming to assist me in my efforts to lift myself out of my self-induced funk”.

The Cardinals were calling to me, just like you would called your friends when you wanted them to come out and play when you were a little kid.

The birds were like “hey man, why are you up in your head bro? It’s so nice outside. Why aren’t you flying around like us checking out everything and maybe digging your face into some worms?”

🪱

That is a really good question my baby bird bro!

And I honestly see these birds at that particular moment as being delivered from a higher source because I know that all energy is interconnected.

So definitively, an omnipotent and omniscient source of energy would surely know that at that particular moment a few beautiful birds, flying into my awareness, would be just what the doctor ordered.

So thanks Universe and God for those two little birds who showed up right at the right time to turn my frown upside down and give me a feather

fueled check up from the neck up.

When you look for the little nudges and you know that God is on your side, you can find them all the time.

And please remember that there is an entity or a force of nature that is behind everything and loves us more than we could love even our own children.

Keep the signs and the Birds coming, and send those when the time is right as my eyes are peeled, and my heart is open, with an Attitude of Gratitude.
