Morning Platitude from The GratiDude

All athletes are doing every single day is working to maximize their own personal greatness and the gifts that they ever received in the form of physical abilities.

They have discovered their superpower relative to a certain athletic activity or performance or feat and are now doing everything they can to get better and better every single day.

We know consistency and a routine and showing up every day is critical for these athletes in training, and we should treat every single human being, the exact same way. The only difference is that we will all have different specializations, and most of us will not have a gift that is related to physical progress or athletic capabilities.

Some of us have the gift of healing, or teaching, or art or how to build things or how to fix things how to listen how to grow food.

All these gifts should be equally valued because they are equally valued by nature, the universe and the source of all love energy in life.

There are no mistakes, so let’s all pretend that it’s the Olympics and train like that with the goal of being the gold medalist in our very own competition not against anyone but just against us to be the best we can be.

Like this beautiful Mama here getting her Tony Robbins talk on in the morning.

This is why the Grateful 4 Organization is starting our next coaching program with the foundation of wellness, which is your breathing and understanding the importance of shifting to nose breathing from mouth breathing.

Once we get you there, we’re really cooking. Your eyes will open even wider, and we could start to work on understanding how your mind works and ways that we can introduce all of these wonderful self-talk tricks to elevate your own game and to take your performance to the next level.

If you really want to PHYSICALLY train like an Athlete, you can!

Yes, almost anyone can train like an athlete to a certain degree, meaning they can incorporate principles of athletic training like focusing on functional movements, building overall fitness, and prioritizing injury prevention, even if they aren’t competing at a professional level; however, the intensity and specific training methods will need to be adjusted based on individual abilities and health conditions.

Key points to consider:

Individual variations:

While everyone can train like an athlete, the level of intensity and specific exercises will vary depending on factors like age, fitness level, genetics, and potential injuries.

Focus on functional movements:

Athletic training emphasizes compound exercises that engage multiple muscle groups and mimic everyday movements, making them beneficial for most people.

Importance of proper form:

To avoid injuries, it’s crucial to learn and maintain proper techniques when performing exercises.

Gradual progression:

Start with a manageable training plan and gradually increase intensity and volume to avoid overtraining.

Consult a professional:

If you have any health concerns, it’s always best to consult a doctor or certified personal trainer to create a safe and effective training program.

Benefits of training like an athlete:

Improved overall fitness: Increased strength, endurance, and flexibility

Injury prevention: By focusing on proper form and balanced muscle development, you can reduce the risk of injuries

Enhanced daily function: Everyday activities like climbing stairs or carrying groceries become easier

Improved body composition: Building muscle and burning fat

More importantly, take your happiness to the next level, with more time here in your life in the present moment of now.

I went to bed early to train for the big day today.

Can’t wait to see everyone at the PGA show in Orlando.

Please make sure you see me if you are there and I’m going to be spreading love and joy(every day), and you’ll feel it a mile away because that’s my attitude of gratitude.
